What you'll be doing

  • Participates in Digital Strategy Development and Updating;
  • Plans, organizes and manages all activities in Digital Strategy structure;
  • Analyzes and evaluates new business requirements from architectural point of view;
  • Maintains the building and manages the further development of standards and rules for building of IT architecture in the Bank;
  • Maintains and coordinate the analyses and evaluation of the received business requirements from architecture point of view;
  • Keeps the following of the Digital Strategy and IT standards in the development of new or changing of the present
  • applications;
  • Participates in the planning of IT projects while together with the other units specifies the time, resource and budget
  • characteristics;
  • Keeps the performance of all active IT projects;
  • Ensures the distribution and utilization of the resources in Digital Strategy in respect to the indicated priority;
  • Controls the yearly inventory of the current Architecture;
  • Controls the maintenance and update of the content of the Architecture repository;
  • Adopts and uses Group Architecture Standards and Guidelines;
  • Participates in the recruitment and development of the specialists in the structure and to ensure the development of balance functional and technical competence for the used applications and technology;

What you'll need to succeed

  • University degree in Computer Science, Mathematics/Informatics, Economics, or another relevant field;
  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience in IT and computer technologies;
  • Minimum 2 years ;of experience in a managerial or leadership position, including team management and stakeholder coordination;
  • Very good level of written and spoken English and Bulgarian;
  • Strong system analysis and organizational skills;
  • Professional-level knowledge of IT and computer technologies
  • Strong understanding of business processes, enterprise architecture frameworks, and modeling techniques;
  • Professional certifications in enterprise architecture, digital transformation, or IT governance (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman, ArchiMate, COBIT, ITIL, or equivalent) will be considered an advantage;
  • Fluency in Bulgarian is a must.
