What you'll be doing

• Conduct comprehensive business and systems analysis to identify, document, prioritize, and validate business requirements and solution needs 
• Lead workshops and requirement discovery sessions with business and technical stakeholders 
• Facilitate alignment between business objectives, regulatory requirements and technical solutions 
• Gather, analyze, and document both functional and non-functional requirements from stakeholders 
• Ensure requirements are well-defined, complete, and aligned with overall business objectives 
• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and the development team to ensure a shared understanding of functional requirements 
• Utilize industry-standard notations, such as BPMN, to model and optimize business processes 
• Leverage AI-powered tools to support requirements analysis, documentation preparation, process modeling and solution design 
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and development teams on solution design, system integrations, and API-based solutions 
• Prepare functional and technical specifications, including recommended solutions and process designs 
• Define and review test scenarios, acceptance criteria and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) 
• Support UAT to validate that functional and technical requirements are successfully met 
• Review and validate integration test results to ensure alignment with business expectations and system requirements 
• Contribute to change and release planning by assessing business impacts, dependencies, and implementation risks 
• Promote knowledge sharing and continuous learning to strengthen team capabilities and delivery excellence 

Šta će Vam biti potrebno za uspeh

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience 
• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Solution Analyst or related role 
• Experience in banking, financial services or highly regulated industries would be considered an advantage 
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach and solution-oriented mindset 
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders 
• Ability to break down complex business problems into clear requirements and actionable solutions 
• Working knowledge of database concepts and SQL 
• Proven ability to leverage AI-powered productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT or similar) to improve requirements analysis, documentation quality and delivery efficiency 
• Understanding system integrations, APIs and modern application architectures 
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments 
• Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools would be considered an advantage 
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact confidently and build effective relationships across all levels of the organization 
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of cross-functional agile teams 
• Fluent in English (verbal and written)
