What you'll be doing

• Design, develop and maintain enterprise applications, APIs and microservices
• Build scalable and reliable backend services using Java and Python technologies
• Develop modern user interfaces using React and related front-end technologies
• Collaborate with Solution Analysts, Architects and business stakeholders to deliver business solutions
• Participate in solution design, code reviews and technical decision-making
• Troubleshoot and resolve application, performance and integration issues
• Use Git-based development workflows and contribute to automated build, testing and deployment processes
• Support integration with internal and external systems through APIs and event-driven architectures
• Drive continuous improvement of applications, processes and development practices
• Utilize AI-powered development tools to increase productivity, code quality and engineering efficiency

Šta će Vam biti potrebno za uspeh

• 5+ years of professional experience in software development
• Strong experience in Java development and Spring Boot framework
• Experience with Python would be considered an advantage
• Experience in designing and developing REST APIs and microservices
• Experience with React and modern JavaScript/TypeScript development
• Solid understanding of HTML, CSS and responsive web development principles
• Experience working with relational databases (Oracle, MS SQL Server or similar) and persistence frameworks (JPA/Hibernate)
• Good understanding of software design principles, design patterns and clean coding practices
• Experience with Git-based development workflows and collaborative software development
• Experience working within Agile development environments
• Experience with Ant Design (AntD), Material UI or similar frontend component libraries would be considered an advantage
• Familiarity with CI/CD processes and automated software delivery practices would be considered an advantage
• Familiarity with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift or similar) would be considered an advantage
• Experience using AI-assisted development tools (e.g. GitHub Copilot, Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT or similar) would be considered an advantage
• Previous experience in banking, financial services or fintech domain would be considered an advantage
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication skills in English
