Our team, part of UniCredit Digital Compliance, is responsible for governing, maintaining and evolving a heterogeneous application landscape supporting Compliance and Non‑Compliance domains in UCB AG. 

We are looking for a Senior Digital Product Specialist to act as Application Owner and Functional Owner for a portfolio of applications, ensuring operational stability, functional correctness, regulatory compliance and controlled evolution across both CHANGE and RUN activities. 

The role requires strong seniority in managing multi‑application portfolios, heterogeneous technologies, multiple vendors and highly regulated processes. 

What you'll be doing

  • Act as Application Owner and Functional Owner for a portfolio of Compliance and Non‑Compliance applications, ensuring end‑to‑end accountability. 
  • Communicate and collaborate with Business, Compliance, Security, Audit, IT and external vendors to collect requirements and manage priorities. 
  • Define and maintain application roadmaps, including upgrades, rationalization and decommissioning where applicable. 
  • Plan and oversee change initiatives (functional enhancements, technical upgrades, infrastructure changes). 
  • Ensure proper vendor management, including delivery quality, contractual compliance and cost efficiency. 
  • Manage budget, capacity and resource planning across the application portfolio. 
  • Ensure continuous auditability, documentation completeness and regulatory compliance. 
  • Support risk assessments, audits and regulatory inspections by providing evidence and clear functional traceability. 

Šta će Vam biti potrebno za uspeh

  • Senior experience in Digital Product Management, Application Ownership or similar roles within banking or regulated environments. 
  • Proven capability to manage multiple applications simultaneously, across different domains and criticality levels. 
  • Good understanding of Compliance processes (AML, controls, market conformity). 
  • Experience managing software purchased as‑is and custom‑built software, including vendor‑delivered constraints. 
  • Proven ability to operate in hybrid technology landscapes, including Mainframe and Open systems on Linux servers. 
  • Experience with cloud solutions. 
  • Solid experience in end‑to‑end service delivery (requirements, specification, estimation, implementation, testing, go‑live and post‑go‑live). 
  • Strong customer and vendor management skills, including multi‑vendor coordination. 
  • Excellent communication skills, including preparation of executive‑level summaries and governance reporting. 
  • Ability to summarize, cluster and structure information coming from different sources and applications. 
  • Strong ownership mindset, leadership attitude and accountability. 
  • Good knowledge of planning, budgeting, capacity allocation and resource management. 
  • English (mandatory).
