What you'll be doing

  • Develop, maintain, and enhance banking applications used by customers, employees, and internal business units;
  • Implement new features end‑to‑end (backend + frontend);
  • Participate in the full development lifecycle: requirements, design, implementation, testing, deployment, and support;
  • Follows established processes and good practices in the sphere of Change management, Incident management and Problem management;
  • Ensure software meets high‑security and compliance standards required in financial institutions;
  • Investigate and resolve production issues, ensuring system stability and reliability;
  • Collaborate closely with Business Analysts, QA, Product Owners, and other tech teams;
  • Maintain clear and accurate technical documentation.

Šta će Vam biti potrebno za uspeh

  • Strong experience with various J2EE technologies;
  • Strong experience in Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Data, Spring Security);
  • Strong experience in core Java;
  • Strong experience with React;
  • Experience withHTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript skills;
  • Understanding of responsive UI development and component-based architecture;
  • Experience with Git version control;
  • Knowledge of microservices architecture and distributed systems;
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, etc.);
  • Working with APIs, OAuth2, and authentication flows;
  • Familiarity with Kibana, ELK, or monitoring tools for frontend logs;
  • Experience with SQL databases (Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL) and writing efficient queries;
  • Experience with agile methodologies;
  • Outstanding communication skills;
  • English – High level of communication skills (read, write, speak);
  • Knowledge of regulatory documents in the field of banking;
  • Highly motivated, very responsible, dynamic and strong team player .
