What you'll be doing

• Design, develop and maintain modern web applications using React and related front-end technologies
• Build responsive, user-friendly and high-performance user interfaces aligned with business and user needs
• Collaborate with Solution Analysts, Architects, UX/UI designers and business stakeholders to deliver digital solutions
• Integrate front-end applications with backend services and APIs
• Participate in solution design, code reviews and technical discussions
• Troubleshoot and resolve application, performance and usability issues
• Use Git-based development workflows and contribute to automated build, testing and deployment processes
• Ensure application quality through testing, code quality practices and adherence to development standards
• Drive continuous improvement of applications, processes and development practices
• Utilize AI-powered development tools to increase productivity, code quality and engineering efficiency

Šta će Vam biti potrebno za uspeh

• 3+ years of professional experience in front-end development
• Strong experience with React and modern JavaScript/TypeScript development
• Solid understanding of HTML, CSS and responsive web development principles
• Experience working with REST APIs and integration of front-end applications with backend services
• Experience with state management libraries and modern front-end development practices
• Good understanding of software design principles, clean coding practices and performance optimization
• Experience with Git-based development workflows and collaborative software development
• Experience working within Agile development environments
• Experience with Ant Design (AntD), Material UI or similar frontend component libraries would be considered an advantage
• Familiarity with Figma or similar UI/UX design and prototyping tools would be considered an advantage
• Familiarity with CI/CD processes and automated software delivery practices would be considered an advantage
• Experience using AI-assisted development tools (e.g. GitHub Copilot, Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT or similar) would be considered an advantage
• Previous experience in banking, financial services or fintech domain would be considered an advantage
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication skills in English
