The primary place of work is Budapest; however, remote work (home office) may also be available, depending on the position.

What you'll be doing

  • Participation in controlling projects (process simplification, DQ improvements, automatization)
  • Develop and maintain strategic and operational dashboards and reports (SAS BI, Power BI / Power Platform)
  • Execute database queries and perform data transformations (using SQL)
  • Design and build automated data processes and workflows using Power Automate and other modern tools
  • Develop and validate predictive models and analytical solutions to support business decision-making
  • Develop limited scale programs that support, partly automatize business processes
  • Participate in banking strategic initiatives and translate business requirements into data-driven solutions
  • Experiment with, develop, and implement AI-driven solutions (e.g., generative AI-assisted reporting, automation)
  • Collaborate closely with IT, Data Warehouse, and business teams

Šta će Vam biti potrebno za uspeh

  • University degree in Economics, Mathematics, Informatics or related fields
  • 2–5+ years of relevant experience in controlling, data analytics, reporting, automation, programming, or data science
  • Strong understanding of financial sector commercial drivers and business specificities
  • Strong experience with BI tools (eg.: Power BI, SAS BI)
  • Solid SQL skills, including complex queries and understanding of data models
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to understand business context and think in a structured way
  • Self-driven, proactive and solution-oriented mindset
  • Strong communication skills and team-player attitude
  • Solid business English knowledge
  • Fluent Hungarian knowledge
  • Banking and controlling experience is an advantage
  • Basic or intermediate experience with AI / Machine Learning techniques is an advantage
