The primary place of work is Budapest; however, remote work (home office) may also be available, depending on the position.

What you'll be doing

  • Get involved, end-to-end, in the structuring, negotiation and execution of complex loan transactions
  • Conduct in-depth industry research and company analysis
  • Review and challenge due diligence materials, company valuations and business plans
  • Build and analyse financial models, including debt structures and covenants
  • Draft and negotiate term sheets
  • Prepare credit applications and make presentations for credit committees
  • Contribute to negotiation of loan documentation and manage closing processes
  • Work closely with advisors, auditors, lawyers and various in-house teams

What you'll need to succeed

  • University degree in finance, economics or business
  • 1+ years of relevant experience in corporate lending, M&A, private equity or transaction services
  • Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and proactive attitude
  • Strong business writing, communication and presentation skills in English and Hungarian
  • Solid modelling skills
  • Ability to navigate and understand complex transaction structures and documentation
  • Commercial mindset, ownership attitude and strong team spirit
