By joining our Internship program, university students and recent graduates will be able to explore banking activities through diverse training and challenges from the real practice of our leading on-market financial institution.

What you'll be doing

  • Support the implementation and ongoing maintenance of Credit Policies.
  • Assist in the preparation of regular and ad‑hoc portfolio analyses related to credit policy updates and lending process changes.
  • Contribute to credit risk lending process improvements, including documentation and process optimization initiatives.
  • Support Second Level Control (2LoD) activities, including monitoring and reporting.
  • Participate in the testing and validation of changes to the Underwriting system.
  • Monitor and analyze lending process performance, identifying potential areas for enhancement.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Currently enrolled at least in the 3rd or 4th year of studies in Economics, Finance, or a related field
  • Demonstrated interest in banking, lending processes, and/or risk decision software solutions
  • Excellent command of MS Office; knowledge of or experience with Power BI will be considered an advantage
  • Fluency in English.
  • Fluent in Bulgarian.
  • Availability and commitment to an internship with a duration of  minimum 6 months.
