Our team, part of UniCredit Digital Compliance, is responsible for governing, maintaining and evolving a heterogeneous application landscape supporting AML Transaction Monitoring domain in UCB AG. 

We are looking for a Senior Solution Architect to act as Functional Owner for Transaction Monitoring solutions, with a primary focus on Correspondent Banking TXM and Cash Handling TXM applications. 

The role requires strong seniority in managing business logic, functional correctness, regulatory alignment and operational stability across both CHANGE and RUN activities in a highly regulated environment. 

Cosa farai

  • Act as Functional Owner for applications ensuring correct support of AML Transaction Monitoring business processes. 
  • Ensure functional correctness, consistency and regulatory compliance of TXM rules, scenarios, thresholds and workflows. 
  • Act as functional reference point for Business, Compliance, Audit and IT stakeholders. 
  • Collect, analyze and validate functional requirements, translating them into clear functional specifications. 
  • Support CHANGE initiatives, including upgrades, regulatory changes, enhancements and replacement programs. 
  • Ensure strong RUN ownership, with priority on incidents, functional defects and production stability. 
  • Support post‑go‑live stabilization, root‑cause analysis and definition of functional solutions for defect fixing. 
  • Coordinate with vendors (e.g. NICE Actimize) and internal development teams, ensuring alignment between functional expectations and technical delivery. 
  • Contribute to application roadmap definition, including evolution, optimization and potential decommissioning. 
  • Ensure functional documentation is complete, updated and audit‑ready. 
  • Support audits, regulatory inspections and risk assessments by providing functional evidence and traceability. 

Cosa ti occorre per avere successo

  • Senior experience in Digital Product Management, Functional Ownership or similar roles within AML / Transaction Monitoring environments. 
  • Knowledge of AML Transaction Monitoring market solutions and understanding of TXM processes and architectures (alerts, scoring, workflows, case management). 
  • Proven experience operating across CHANGE and RUN, ensuring both delivery and stability. 
  • Proven ability to operate in hybrid technology landscapes including Mainframe and Open systems on Linux servers. 
  • Experience with enterprise‑grade databases and data stores such as DB2, Oracle, NAS. 
  • Solid experience in end‑to‑end service delivery, from requirements to post‑go‑live support. 
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, interacting with Compliance, Business, Audit, IT and vendors. 
  • Excellent communication skills, including preparation of executive summaries and governance reporting. 
  • Ability to structure, synthesize and prioritize functional topics. 
  • Strong ownership mindset and accountability. 
  • Awareness of security, audit and regulatory constraints impacting AML systems. 
  • English.
