We are looking for 2 Medior Solution Architects to join our team:
  • Role 1 – Medior Solution Architect (SAP Architect / Administrator)
As a Senior SAP Architect/Administrator, you oversee the entire SAP landscape and all its technical aspects. You’re responsible for the performance and reliability of all SAP systems and in charge of upgrading them according to highest standards.
You will be a part of a growing community that is Global in scope and operates across all of UniCredit’s regions & application disciplines.
  • Role 2 – Medior Solution Architect (Data & Database Platforms)
You will contribute to solutions within a heterogeneous enterprise data and application ecosystem spanning traditional database centric platforms and modern cloud based architectures. The scope includes relational databases and datamarts supporting core applications, while data products and analytical access layers are progressively modernized and migrated toward GCP. In parallel, modern data platform capabilities are being developed using cloud native and data centric patterns. 
As a Medior Solution Architect – Data & Database Platforms, you will support solution design and technical governance under senior guidance, with a strong hands on ability to analyze complex database/data processing issues and contribute to architecture evolution

Cosa farai

Role 1 – Medior Solution Architect (SAP Architect / Administrator)
  • Lifecycle and Maintenance Management of the entire SAP on-prem landscape (e.g. SAP ERP 6, BO, BTP, BW, PI, ECM, BankAnalyzer, SolMan)
  • Administration of multiple ExaData Clusters including DataGuard Management
  • Transportation Management with RealTech Transport Manager
  • Design, develop and support the technical transition of the environment towards SAP RISE with FPSL
  • Responsibility for SAP CCoE certification
  • Willingness to perform on-call duty activities during critical phases (e.g. monthly closing)
  • Oversee best practices in architecture decisions and security related decisions
  • Steer and oversee external providers that support SAP related activities (RTO)
  • Maintain internal documentation and guarantee compliance with internal regulations of all SAP Systems
Role 2 – Medior Solution Architect (Data & Database Platforms)
  • Contribute to data architecture and datamart design (models, access patterns, evolution strategy).
  • Support architecture of batch oriented data processing and ETL/ELT patterns.
  • Contribute to analytical access layer design, including SQL based consumption patterns. 
  • Support technical lineage and metadata definition (traceability across sources → transforms → outputs).
  • Provide technical escalation support: SQL performance investigations, data inconsistencies, processing anomalies.
  • Collaborate with product owners and external service providers on architecture compliance and design quality.

Cosa ti occorre per avere successo

Role 1 – Medior Solution Architect (SAP Architect / Administrator)
  • At least 1 year experience in Administration and Installation of SAP ERP and BW Systems
  • At least 1 year experience in Administration of SAP BO
  • At least 1 year experience in Oracle Administration and ExaData incl. GRID
  • Good understanding of Linux and AIX.
  • Basic understanding of HANA.
Desirable Skills:
  • Scripting Lanuages like Pyton
  • SAP Router Config
  • SAP Ariba
  • Ingentis OrgManager
  • ESCRIBA
Role 2 – Medior Solution Architect (Data & Database Platforms)

Core technical skills
  • Oracle (or equivalent) database fundamentals with strong SQL / PL SQL.
  • Data modeling for datamarts (dimensions/aggregations), schema evolution awareness.
  • Linux/Unix fundamentals for evidence collection and troubleshooting context.
  • Understanding of analytical access approaches, including Dremio concepts. 
Nice to have
  • Exposure to cloud data architectures (GCP concepts), Parquet based analytical datasets, data processing frameworks.
