What you'll be doing

As Project Management Analyst you:

-lead, administrate or coordinate complex and/or multifunctional projects/programs (planning, resourcing, staffing, progress reporting, troubleshooting and people management)

-are responsible for meeting organizational quality, reliability, schedule and cost requirements with the project

-monitor performance and recommend schedule adaptations, cost adjustments or resource supplementation

-apply the demand management process, joining demand, client or program managers providing project activity assessment and technical-economics evaluation

-solve escalated project issues throughout the project lifecycle

-review and coordinate deliverables of external contractors

-provide timely and accurate information (status updates) to project sponsors, management and users

-participate in budget definition based on the analysis/estimation of initial business case

-conduct feasibility studies and field trials

-generate, apply and communicate project management standards and best practices

-administrate and maintain project portfolio.

What you'll need to succeed

Be able to successfully exchange (oral or written form) information, ideas, opinions, or other types of messages between two or more people, resulting in mutual understanding, according to the Company guidelines

Knowledge of tasks and processes to develop and implement growth opportunities within and between organizations

Be able to perform tools, methods and notations used to describe and analyze the characteristics of a business process and design its further development

Be able to: - assess strengths and weaknesses of current and potential competitors (including User Research) - analyze competitors' strategies

Be able to identify creative solutions to problem solving, by putting the user at its core applying design thinking methodology. Be able to challenge assumptions and iterate solutions that are better suited to the needs of the user

Be able to plan, execute, control and manage the work of a team to achieve specific goals and meet specific success criteria at the specified time and to manage resources include personnel, finances, technology linked to the project itself

Be able to define policies, principles, rules, processes and criteria for the design, planning and realization of ICT networks/solutions

Be able to design, implement and continously improve IT processes aligning them to strategic goals (eg application portofolio management, project/SIM…)

Be able to understand various internal factors that influence the operation of companies such as its roles, responsibilities, activities of organizational functions

Be able to perform the ICT planning methodology used to forecast, plan and manage the demand for ICT and business
