What you'll be doing

  • Working towards making the digital channels (internet & mobile banking) of the bank, as a primary tool for daily banking; 
  • Identifying opportunities to increase digital channels usage, while promoting the functionalities of the internet and mobile banking of Unicredit;
  • Designing different approaches for increase in the digital sales of the products falling under Retail Banking Division;
  • Working in a team following Scrum values, principles and practices to maximize the delivery of business value;
  • Collaboration with vendors and the tools which are used on a daily basis under the Scrum practices;
  • Following well-structured backlog and creating features, user stories, describing process flows, building test case scenarios;
  • Implementation of E2E dedicated functionalities from scratch to market;
  • Customer experience and user flows design; 
  • Regular revision and fine tuning of existing process flows and digital solutions.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Passion for innovations and strong interest towards technological development within the banking world;
  • University degree in Business/Economics or related field; 
  • 1 or more years of  experience on similar position (e.g. in a bank, fintech, etc.), preferably covering business duties related to digital channels;
  • Excellent English – written and spoken;
  • Very good analytical skills, proactive person, able to coordinate and engage people in order to get their support;
  • Good knowledge of the digital channels market, with focus over sales activities and transactions migration;
  • Experience in customer experience design will be considered as advantage.
