The Digital Payments domain is responsible for delivering ICT solutions that enhance UniCredit’s digital product offering for Corporate and SME clients.
We are looking for a Medior Digital Product Specialist/Business Analyst to support the development, optimization, and lifecycle management of digital products. The role sits between junior execution and senior product leadership, combining hands-on delivery with growing strategic responsibility. You will work closely with Product Managers, UX/UI designers, developers, and business stakeholders to ensure digital products meet user needs and business objectives.

What you'll be doing

  • Support the end-to-end lifecycle of digital products, from ideation to launch and continuous improvement
  • Translate business requirements into clear functional specifications and user stories
  • Collaborate with development teams during sprint planning, execution, and backlog refinement
  • Ensure timely delivery of product features aligned with roadmap priorities
  • Maintain up-to-date product documentation (requirements, guides, release notes)
  • Support testing phases (UAT) to ensure quality and compliance with requirements
  • Act as a key interface between business, technology, UX, marketing, legal, and operations
  • Analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and internal benchmarks
  • Work closely with engineering and design teams in Agile/Scrum environments
  • Participate in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives

What you'll need to succeed

  • 3–5 years of experience in digital product management within banking, product operations, or business analyst roles
  • Ability to write clear user stories and functional requirements
  • Proven experience working in Agile environments
  • Exposure to digital platforms (web, mobile apps, APIs, SaaS, or enterprise systems)
  • Understanding of banking processes, digital channels, and enterprise IT landscapes
  • Good stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Ability to balance multiple priorities and work independently
  • Comfortable working in cross-functional and international teams
  • Knowledge of the non-functional requirements underneath the business features is preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Execution & discipline maintains a clear focus and sees action through to delivery
  • Degree in Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent professional experience
  • English proficiency (minimum B1).
Nice to have
  • Additional European language (e.g. German)
  • Knowledge of Cash Pooling and related techniques
  • Experience operating in international, matrix-driven organizations
  • UniCredit tools expertise (Jira, ALM, ServiceNow…)
