The Trade & WoCA Sales team is responsible for driving the development of the Trade Finance and Working Capital business, both in quantitative and qualitative terms, for the products offered to Large Corporate & International clients, with the aim of maximizing customer satisfaction and achieving the assigned business objectives.

What you'll be doing



The internship will provide you with a comprehensive overview of Working Capital products and solutions supporting our clients’ sustainable growth.
You will support the Sales team across all activities related to the origination of new deals, gaining hands-on experience in business development.
Additionally, you will develop an understanding of how to provide initial, basic advisory support to clients and progressively build the skills required to become a WoCa Trusted Advisor.


What you'll need to succeed

The ideal profile is a junior business-oriented candidate with strong communication skills, financial curiosity, and a proactive mindset, who wants to grow into a client-facing advisory and sales role in banking.

-Strong interest in banking products and advisory 
-Proactive
-Results-driven, with a strong problem-solving approach and flexible mindset
-Teamwork and strong interpersonal capabilities
-Excellent command of English (both written and spoken)
-Academic background in Economics/Business Management, Law (with interest in Finance)  or Management Engineering
